Humanizing Feedback with Video Surveys

Video will become the centerpiece of our feedback service because it’s the best way to capture nuanced reactions, particularly at the moment a customer experiences a product for the first time.

While online text-based surveys will still be an important tool, we’re investing in a powerful video platform to capture and analyze consumer feedback in ways never thought possible.

How It Works

  • Consumers join SamplingLab for free by creating a profile telling us about themselves and their preferences.

  • Members receive notifications via our mobile app, text, email, and/or social media as to when and where SamplingLab is coming to their area.

  • Members visit our sampling event location and remain in their vehicle as we scan a unique QR code on their smartphone to identify them, then present them with full-sized, factory-sealed samples.

  • Members get to experience samples in the comfort of their own homes.

  • Within minutes, consumers receive a link to a product-specific survey by email or text, with the option to also complete a video survey.
